What is a Paw Cognition Program?

A Program is a curated set of enrichment pieces built around one goal — calm, focus, foraging or active play. Each item supports a natural behavior (sniffing, licking, problem-solving, chewing), so you're not buying random toys but a routine your dog can grow into.

Which Program should I choose?

If your dog struggles to settle, start with the calming line (lick mat, plush comfort toy). If your dog is bored or destructive, go for puzzles, snuffle mats and treat dispensers. High-energy dogs do best with the training and play kit (agility cones, tug toys, ball launcher).

Are the toys safe for my dog?

Every piece is made from pet-safe materials and meant for supervised use. They are enrichment tools, not indestructible chew toys — check for wear before each session and replace damaged pieces. Always pick a size suited to your dog.

How do I clean the mats and feeders?

Lick mats, snuffle mats and slow feeders should be rinsed with warm water and mild soap after each use, then air-dried. Fabric snuffle mats can be hand-washed and dried flat.

Can I return or exchange an item?
