The quiz and resulting Action Plan are general wellness guidance only and are not a substitute for professional veterinary or behavioral advice. Results depend on the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Orders and Payment All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal; by placing an order, you confirm you're authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping Shipping timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this Site including the Paw Cognition name, logo, quiz methodology, Program names (CALM, BRAIN, EXPLORER, BOND), Action Plan materials, and site design is the property of Paw Cognition and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. User Conduct You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties Products and content are provided "as is." We make no guarantee that any Program will resolve a specific behavioral issue in every dog results vary by individual animal.
