Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the shipping confirmation date. Because each Program is fulfilled through our specialty supplier network, exact delivery windows can vary slightly by location. We'll always communicate delays as soon as we're aware of them.

Shipping Origin Paw Cognition works with a specialized fulfillment network to source each Program's components directly from trusted manufacturers. As a result, some items may ship from international fulfillment centers, which is reflected in the delivery window above. Rest assured, every kit is quality-checked before it reaches your door.

Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Paw Cognition is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help redirect a shipment if it hasn't left our fulfillment center yet — just email us right away.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at [e-mail de suporte] and we'll investigate with our fulfillment partner.
